Instructions

  1. Mix together the soft butter and sugar. Mix in the eggs well. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in. Pour the dough into a springform pan (do not use silicone). Then bake for 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
  2. In the meantime, cook a pudding. But only use 375 ml milk and 2 tablespoon sugar. Stir the two cups of sour cream into the still warm pudding.
  3. After baking, leave the cake in the springform pan and pour the warm pudding onto the still warm base. Then spread the drained cherries on top. Bring 1/2 l cherry juice with 2 packets of cake glaze to the boil and spread over the cherries. Let the cake cool in the pan.
  4. The cherry cake only tastes really good the next day.
