Instructions

  1. Let the pasta soak in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain into a sieve and rinse with cold water.
  2. Core the peppers, remove the white walls and cut into strips. Cut the spring onions into 1 cm long rolls. Halve or quarter the mushrooms depending on the size. Finely dice the garlic cloves. Now peel the mango and cut into thin slices and strips.
  3. Heat the oil in the wok and sear the vegetables and shrimps over a high heat for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and add the mango.
  4. Mix the soy sauce, vinegar, chutney, ginger, sugar and chilli powder, add to the vegetables and shrimp and bring to the boil briefly. Now add the pasta that you cut to size with kitchen scissors.
