Instructions

  1. Heat the milk, cream, vanilla pod and orange peel slowly. Beat egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Take out the vanilla pod and orange peel and stir the egg mixture into the non-boiling milk mixture. Do not boil anymore. Then stir in the brandy and orange liqueur ready.
