Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast and mix with the salt and honey in a small bowl. Then mix the flour, oatmeal and walnuts in the mixing bowl and add the water. Then the yeast-salt-honey mixture is added and kneaded with the kneading rods of the mixer or the food processor. Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, then knead again, put in a bread pan (approx. 30 cm) and let rise again for 15 minutes. Then bake at 200 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool down.
