Puree the raspberries (except for 2-3 pieces) with the sugar. Pour half of the raspberry puree into a glass, layer half of the yoghurt on top, then add a second layer of raspberry puree to the yoghurt and spread the rest of the yoghurt on top of the raspberry puree. Decorate with a few mint leaves and the remaining raspberries.
Raspberries contain potent protective substances that can slow down skin aging. Combined with protein, the effect is intensified. However, no guarantee can be given for this.
