Peel the garlic cloves and onion and chop very roughly. Pour into a suitable container, add the olives, capers, tomato paste and chili peppers and chop up with the hand blender. Add the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and continue to puree until it has a pulpy, paste-like consistency.
Now add the cream cheese and mix. The seasoning is enough for my taste, if you like you can of course also use pepper and salt or vary it with the chilli peppers.
