Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  2. In a bowl, mix the oil, mustard, rosemary, garlic salt and pepper well.
  3. Brush the potatoes clean, rub dry and cut into equally sized wedges. Turn in the seasoning oil, distribute in a large baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crispy. From time to time to turn. Serve hot.
