Instructions
- Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts.
- Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water for 8-10 minutes until tender, then drain well.
- Spread half of the mashed potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the Brussels sprouts on top and season with pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- Slice the sausages and layer them on top.
- Spread the remaining mashed potatoes over the sausages.
- Dot the surface with butter flakes and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Bake at 200°C (392°F) for approximately 10-15 minutes, until the cheese begins to melt.
