Fry the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly, add the onion and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the savoy cabbage to the mince in portions and let it collapse. Add the potato cubes. Pour in the stock, bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and caraway seeds and cook covered for 20 minutes over medium heat. Stir in the cream and cheese, season to taste again.
