• 200 ml sparkling wine, cava or champagne
• 1 lemon wedge (s)

Instructions

1. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Rinse the basil leaves and shake dry.
2. Put the strawberry pieces and basil leaves in a large wine glass, add ice cubes if you like, add the Ramazotti Rosato and fill up with sparkling wine. Place a lemon wedge on the edge and, if desired, also equip with a straw. Serve immediately.
