• 3 cl Aperol
• 6 cl Prosecco
• 1 dash soda water
• 1 orange slice (s)
• some ice cubes

Instructions

1. Put the orange slice in a large wine glass with a few ice cubes. Top up with aperol, prosecco and soda and serve with a straw.
2. I noticed this drink on my last holiday on Lake Garda and is offered in every café there. Tastes wonderfully refreshing after summer and sun.
