Instructions

  1. First, roughly crumble 200 g of the biscuits and place in a suitable mold as the first layer. Drizzle with the Bailey`s.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Put half of it on the 1st layer of biscuits and spread on top. Now put the applesauce on the cream and spread it too. Now roughly crumble the remaining 100 g of the biscuits and place on top as a second layer. Put the rest of the cream on top and spread it on. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate flakes and the chopped almonds on top.

  4. Alternatively, other types of biscuits can be used.
  5. Instead of the chocolate bailey, a normal one can also be used.
  6. You can also vary the applesauce. I have e.g., also tried apple-apricot puree.
