Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples, chop the banana. Let everything rest together with the preserving sugar and citric acid for approx. 4 hours. Then boil for about 4 minutes, make a gelling test and fill into glasses and immediately close and turn upside down. Turn over after 10-15 min and allow to cool.
