Instructions

  1. Mix yoghurt with cream cheese well, peel the apple and grate into the yoghurt. Season to taste with lemon juice and possibly powdered sugar. Gently stir in half the amount of blueberry purée, should be beautifully marbled, place in dessert glasses, top with amarettini and pour the rest of the purée on top, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
