Mix the buttermilk together with the apple juice, honey and lime juice with the hand blender until frothy.
Wash and core the apple and cut 8 small wedges. Then stick the columns in 4 pieces on a wooden skewer. Cut the remaining apple into large wedges and serve separately with the drink. Drizzle with the lime juice so they don`t turn brown.
Pour the mix into two pretty glasses and sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Put the apple skewers in the glasses and decorate with lemon balm leaves. Add the apple wedges and serve immediately.
