Soak the raisins in warm water. Grate the carrots. Peel and dice the apples. Cut the radishes into thin slices. Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
Mix the oil, sesame paste, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper together. Add sesame seeds. Mix with carrots, apples, radishes, herbs and drained raisins. Scatter alfalfa sprouts on top.
