Instructions

  1. Dice or slice the apple. Chop the chives. Cut the Harz cheese and radishes into slices and mix with the apple.
  2. Mix the mustard and cottage cheese together. Combine both mixtures and sprinkle with chives. Refine with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
