Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with a hand mixer until creamy, gradually work in the sifted powdered sugar. Stir in the eggs one by one, then stir in the vanilla sugar, cinnamon and cocoa.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (fan oven 180 ° C). Peel, core and roughly grate the apples. Mix the flour and baking powder, sieve and stir into the egg mixture with the apples.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough on it. Bake for 40 - 50 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack and let cool down.
  4. Prepare the cocoa glaze according to the instructions on the packet and spread it on the cake. Sprinkle with almond sticks. Cut the cake into 24 equal pieces.
