Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. Then add the melted butter, honey, sugar and egg and stir briefly with the mixer. Finally stir the grated apple into the mixture with a spoon.
  2. Pour the dough into the greased and lightly floured form for the minigugls and bake at approx. 210 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack for approx. 12 - 15 minutes. Please check the baking progress and the browning.
  3. After baking, let the minigugls cool down briefly, remove them from the mold and sprinkle with a mixture of powdered sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Note: My mini-ball shape has 24 hollows, the amount of dough makes about 22 pieces. The minigugls taste particularly good when they are lukewarm.
