  1. Wash, core and cut the apple into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Wash, drain and chop the spinach. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Now cut the pitted dates into small pieces. Then put all the ingredients in the blender jug and add the cinnamon powder and nutmeg. Finally fill up with apple juice and puree / mix according to the desired consistency.
