Roughly chop the amarettini and distribute on the bottoms of the dessert glasses. For the creme, mix together the concentrated milk, creme fraîche and sugar. It should be nice and smooth and the sugar should be well dissolved.
Spread half of the cream on the glasses. Distribute the applesauce between the glasses. If you want, you can season it with cinnamon and sugar beforehand.
Finally, distribute the rest of the cream on the glasses. Decorate e.g., with amarettini, apple pieces, lemon balm
