Instructions

  1. Coarsely mash the tofu with a fork. Peel and core the apple and cut into small cubes. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in a little oil in the pan until translucent. Add the tofu and apple to the onions and fry a little. Then puree everything finely and season with horseradish, herb salt, soy sauce and pepper. Finally chop the parsley and fold in.
  2. Allow the spread to cool completely before consumption and then keep it tightly closed in the refrigerator. It stays there for about 1 week.
  3. The spread tastes particularly good on fresh wholemeal bread or fresh wholemeal bread rolls with beetroot. But it can also be eaten very well as a dip with vegetarian patties!
