Wash and core the apple and slice it into wafer-thin slices. Peel the kiwi and cut into pieces. Then finely chop the mint leaves, put everything in the punch bowl and mix carefully. Dust the fruit with powdered sugar and drizzle with lemon juice. Cover and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Only fill up with the chilled wine and sparkling wine just before serving. Garnish with a few mint leaves if necessary.
