First put the sugar in the bowl and then add enough lemon juice that the mixture is more liquid than solid. Then peel the apple and cut into bite-sized pieces. I always cut it into eighths and then cut the eighths into three or four pieces, depending on the size.
Now add the apple to the bowl and stir well. All pieces must be wetted with the liquid so that they do not turn brown. Do the same with the kiwi. First I quarter them lengthways and then I quarter the pieces again.
Tip: You can also prepare the salad well if you want to take it to work in the morning and don`t have much time in the morning.
