Instructions

  1. Peel, core and dice the apples. Chop the onions and the dried mango. Grate the ginger. Mix these ingredients with the vinegar, raisins, sugar, mustard, fennel seeds and chilli flakes and place in a saucepan. Bring the chutney to the boil and cook for about 45 minutes. Fill into jars and close.
  2. The chutney also makes a good gift.
