Instructions

  1. Core and halve the grapes and plums. Peel the kiwi and pear and cut into small pieces. Peel and chop enough of the apples until the total weight of the prepared fruits is 1 kg.
  2. Heat the fruits in a sufficiently large saucepan and let simmer for a few minutes. Then puree with the hand blender. Halve the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and add to the fruit pulp together with the lemon juice.
  3. Now let the sauce boil with the preserving sugar for a good three minutes. Then pour into prepared glasses.
