Instructions

  1. Core the apples and pears and cut into pieces. Put the apple juice, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Let simmer until apples and pears are soft and then puree (I do this because I leave the skin on). Then let it simmer again and remove from the stove.
  2. Add the white chocolate and stir. If the puree is not to be served immediately, pour it into jars while still hot, close the jars and leave them on the lid for a few minutes.
