Mix the flour, sugar, egg, butter and salt into a crumbly batter. Roughly grate the apples, mix with the lemon juice and raisins and stir into the batter. Place in small portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for about 10-12 minutes.
After baking, you can dust them with a little powdered sugar, then they look particularly pretty.
Sufficient for approx. 40 pieces. With us they were gone very quickly, so you can bake twice as much.
