Instructions

  1. First wash and peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces. Finely rub the peel of the orange and squeeze the juice out of the orange. Melt the butter, preferably in the microwave on a low temperature, and let it cool down.
  2. Now mix the sugar, eggs and orange into the butter until they are slightly liquid. Gradually add the salt, cinnamon and flour with the baking powder and stir well. The dough should be a bit runny, so it can be spread better. With cinnamon, vary the amount depending on your taste.
  3. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees circulating air. Grease a small tin and only pour enough batter into the tin to cover the base. Now spread some of the apples and rhubarb on top. Repeat this step until the batter, apples and rhubarb are all gone. Make sure that the last layer is apples.
  4. Bake the tart for 30-50 minutes.
  5. Let it cool down well before you sprinkle with powdered sugar and / or cinnamon and serve.
