Instructions

  1. Season the salmon cubes with salt, pepper and lemon juice and let it steep for a moment.
  2. In the meantime, sauté the finely chopped shallots in butter, add the apple cubes and sauté, season with salt and pepper. Finally stir in the cream.
  3. Drain the salmon cubes, fry them briefly in hot butter and add them to the apple sauce. Serve sprinkled with chives.
  4. This goes well with rice or pasta.
