Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and twist both sides against each other to loosen the core. Remove the pulp and mash with a fork or puree with a hand blender. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Coarsely grate the apple and add to the avocado, mix well. Now stir in the oat bran and yoghurt and mix everything well.
