Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado and twist both sides against each other to loosen the core.
  2. Remove the avocado pulp and mash with a fork, or puree with a hand blender if you prefer a smoother texture.
  3. Drizzle with juice from roughly half the lemon.
  4. Coarsely grate the apple and add to the avocado.
  5. Stir in the oat bran and yogurt.
  6. Mix everything well until combined.
