Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. Peel the bananas and cut into small pieces. Now weigh the fruit and dose with passion fruit juice so that a total of approx. 1.3 kg of fruit mass is produced.
Put the bananas in a saucepan and add the passion fruit juice. Then puree everything and add the apple pieces. Stir in 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Now add the preserving sugar and bring to the boil while stirring. Cook for about 4 minutes while stirring.
Pour the jam into clean screw-top jars, close tightly and turn upside down for about 15 minutes. Then let it cool down slowly.
If you want, you can also puree the apple pieces, but I prefer a few pieces in the jam.
