Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and grate with a coarse grater. Sprinkle with the sugar, cover with foil and set aside.
  2. Mix the spelled flour, almonds, baking powder, cranberries, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal, cinnamon and speculoos spice together in a bowl.
