- Cut off a lid and the stem from each of the apples, put aside. Remove the core of the apples and cut them crossways into 3 slices each.
- Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into 6 slices each.
- Layer the fruit slices and rice waffles alternately on top of each other. Put on the lids that have been set aside. Serve immediately.
