Mix the flour and salt. Add the apple and carrot. Make a hollow in the middle. Dissolve the yeast and honey in a little water and pour into the well together with the rest of the water and yoghurt. Knead the whole thing into a smooth dough. Cover and double rise at room temperature.
Knead the dough with the nuts and let rise for another 1 - 2 hours. Then knead again, cut the dough in half and form 2 loaves of bread. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with water.
Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 ° C for 35 - 40 minutes. If you like, you can garnish the bread with hazelnuts before baking.
