Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the apple and remove the core. Cut the quarters into small wedges and set aside 2 wedges for garnish. Puree the rest of the apple wedges together with the milk in a blender. Add the carrot juice and maple syrup and puree the whole thing again.
  2. Pour the apple and carrot milk into two tall glasses and serve decorated with the apple wedges.
