Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and remove the core. Cut into wedges and drizzle with lemon juice. Drain the cherries in a colander.
  2. Mix the soft butter or margarine, sugar, vanilla flavor and salt with a mixer (hand mixer) until creamy. Mix in the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in. Finally stir in the mineral water.
  3. Spread the batter on a greased baking sheet (approx. 40 cm).
  4. Spread the apple wedges and cherries on the dough.
