Put the two types of flour with the yeast and apple cider in a mixing bowl. Knead with the dough hook of the electric mixer for about 20 minutes at the slowest speed. Add sugar and salt. Knead for another 5 minutes, the dough should come off the bottom of the bowl, but should still be soft.
Put the dough in a larger bowl, cover with a cloth and let rise for 1 hour. During this time, the batter will roughly double.
When the hour is up, knock off the dough and knead by hand. Shape 2 dough balls of approx. 900 g and place on a baking sheet. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Cut the surface a few times with a knife. Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
