Instructions

1. Mix together the ingredients for the base and then pour the dough into a prepared springform pan.
2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
3. Grate the apples. Bring 300 ml apple juice to a boil. Mix the pudding powder with the remaining juice. Add to the boiling apple juice and stir well (attention: risk of lumps!). Immediately add the apples to the mixture and sweeten with a sweetener to taste. Now distribute the apple mixture on the cooled base and let it cool down.
