Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan and stir in the semolina. Add the vanilla sugar and sugar and simmer over a low heat. Peel, quarter and core the apple and cut into small pieces. Add the apple pieces to the semolina when it starts to get creamy and cook until the semolina is thick.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
