Cook the semolina in the milk (or water or mixed) according to the instructions on the packet, season with liquid sweetener and mix with the yoghurt. In the meantime, core, peel and cook the apples until soft (approx. 5 minutes at 750 W in the microwave). Then mash a little and season with sweetener and cinnamon to taste. Mix the apple and cinnamon mixture with the semolina.
