Place the yoghurt in a sieve lined with kitchen paper the day before and allow to drain overnight.
Mix the quark and drained yogurt in a mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whip the Cremefine until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Sweeten everything with any amount of vanilla sugar.
Place a layer of ladyfingers in a baking dish - the sugar side must be on the bottom - and soak it with apple juice. Then put a layer of applesauce on the biscuits and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Then apply a layer of the yogurt cream. Layer until the ingredients are used up. Make sure that you finish with the cream. Then put in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon again before serving.
