Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples, dice finely and sauté in butter. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelize, then deglaze with calvados. Reduce the liquid and let it cool down.
  2. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, fold in the apples and serve with a cake, for example.
