Instructions

1. Mix 250g quark with roughly 0.5 glass applesauce in a bowl
2. Whip 1 cup cream with 1 packet vanilla sugar for 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form
3. Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture until combined
4. Stir in 3 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder until combined
