Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into pieces. Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
  2. Heat the butter and sauté the onion, garlic and apples in it. Now dust the curry powder over it and stew briefly. Pour the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Let it steep for approx. 15 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally, until the apples have crumbled. Then puree and season with clove powder and lemon juice. Serve hot.
  3. Tip: serve decorated with apple wedges or a nice part of the apple peel.
