Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Butter a springform pan (26 cm).
  2. Mix the flour, 200 g sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, then add the melted butter and 1 egg and mix everything with a fork, pressing together with your hands to form sprinkles. Put half of the crumble in the mold and press on.
  3. Quarter, peel and core the apples and cut into thin wedges and spread on the crumble base. Mix the sour cream, 4 eggs and 75 g sugar and pour over the crumble. Sprinkle the remaining crumble on top.
  4. Bake the cake on the lowest rack for about 50 minutes. Let cool in the tin on a wire rack. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
