Instructions

  1. Beat the butter until smooth, stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest, add one egg after the other and stir well. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir in briefly, put in a greased springform pan.
  2. Filling: stir the pudding powder, milk, sugar, egg yolk until smooth, bring to the boil, beat the egg white until stiff and fold in, allow to cool.
  3. Peel and dice the apples.
  4. For the crumble, work through all the ingredients with your hands. Put the pudding on the dough, spread the apples and crumble on top. Bake at 165 degrees on the lower rack for about 60 minutes. Remove from the mold and let it cool down.
