Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish with fat. Peel and core 2 apples, cut into thin slices, and spread them in the dish.
  2. Prepare the vanilla custard powder according to the packet instructions, using 0.5 liters milk and 40 g sugar. Pour the custard over the apples.
  3. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 200 g flour, 50 g butter, and 50 g honey until crumbly, then spread over the custard.
  4. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) with top and bottom heat. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
