Peel the apples and cut into wedges, whip the cream until stiff and set aside.
Mix the quark, sugar, eggs and pudding powder together well, fold in the whipped cream and pour onto the prepared dough base. Place the apple wedges on top and sprinkle thickly with a sugar and cinnamon mixture.
