Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes and apples. Chop the onion. Steam everything in the heated oil. Add the curry powder and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the juice and vegetable stock. Let cook for about 15 minutes and then puree. Add the cream and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  2. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
